How do I place an order?
Pick a date and time for your booking with BOOK NOW and add the resulting form to your Basket. This tells you that the date and time you want is available and it tells us where and when you want your food to be delivered.
Find the Menu for the kind of meal you’d like either on the, BOOKINGS AND ORDERS page or from the link on its dedicated page.
Make selections from the … MENU and add those to your Basket too
Don’t forget to add a booking to your order so we know where and when you want your food to be delivered.

Please enter your address on Arran in the “Order Notes” box under Additional Information at the checkout.
What if I know the date but can’t choose the menu now?
That’s OK. We need your Order and payment at least three weeks before the date of your event. If you’re booking more than a month ahead it may make sense to take the option below.
Find the BOOKINGS AND ORDERS page. Pick a date and time and tell us how many are in your party. We ask for an initial payment of just £5.00 a head to confirm a reservation (it’s free if you include your food order now). This amount is not refundable. We send you a Coupon to redeem the amount at the checkout when you place your order.
It’s important not to under-estimate the size of your party just to save on the value of the initial payment. We do take multiple reservations for all parts of Arran. If your order doesn’t match the number you’ve told us or you’re too far from another customer you may get bumped by a later booking that’s taken the places you add.
How do I order food for the reservation I made earlier?
Once you’ve made a Reservation and created an Account you can log into MY ACCOUNT to retrieve the Reservation and add your menu choices to it from the BOOKINGS AND ORDERS page. We’ll send you a reminder. You’ll pay when you submit the order.
When should I order the food for my reservation?
We need your order and payment at least three weeks before the date of your event. We’ll send you a reminder well ahead of this. We may not be able to process late orders in time and you’d forfeit your initial payment.
Why do I need to order three weeks ahead?
If you’re travelling to Arran we guess you’ll have made plans by then anyway. Every event we cater is different so we don’t carry a stock of ingredients the way a hotel or restaurant might. One of the joys of Island life is that we have to order our produce ahead to ensure the quality and variety we need.
When do I pay?
When you place an order through …MENU you’ll be asked for full payment when you place the order.
When you MAKE A RESERVATION you pay an initial amount of just £5.00 for each guest in your party. This amount is not refundable. We send you a Coupon for the amount to redeem at the Checkout when you place your food order.
What if I don’t know a definite number for my event?

I’m getting married, can you still help?
We do not cater specifically for weddings. Party Food and Private Dining (with table service) menus are available for the numbers you can book online. We can provide a buffet you choose from our published menus ordered online. A buffet, by it’s nature, involves self-service and it’s not possible to guarantee large numbers of staff to help.
We have plates cutlery, glassware, table linen and furniture available for hire.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to increase your order, just place an additional order from your MY ACCOUNT page.
If you need to cancel all or part of your order please use the CONTACT US form to give us the details. There are cancellation charges, which are detailed in THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW.
